The Hidden Forest, Nantucket

I photographed the Hidden forest in 1994 and completed large hand-cut collages in 1995-8. I am re-creating some of these images digitally although it is a daunting task. This image I shot in 2015 and completed in 2019. Immediately the mysterious forces of this place appeared to me although, on a cursory walk along the trail, they might not be apparent.
