Sometimes I am intimidated or even frightened by Cape Ann's rocky coastline and powerful vistas. I can sense the hard tonnage of granite monoliths pressing down on my chest.

The granite industry is glimpsed at here. Tons of cut rock are lowered down to the beach where they were loaded on vessels and floated to market.
